We train hard together. We play hard together. And we are always there for one another.
Our groups will help you build connection, accountability, strength, endurance and much more. The Summit Health & Fitness will challenge all the functions of the mind and body for a long term quality and healthy lifestyle.
Monday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturdays we are mobile (weather permitting) & doing HIIT style group training. On Tuesdays and Thursdays we are in the gym for a slow down of our movement and focus on form, movement, and weight.
